NPOA-Pak Mailing Schedule

Below is a tentative schedule for upcoming NPOA-Pak Mailings. Associate Members wishing to take part in this popular method of communicating directly by mail with our members and realizing the savings to be gained from a cooperative or shared-expense approach, are encouraged to contact us at membership@printowners.org to reserve their spot in any of the upcoming mailings:

Shipping Instructions: In order for material to be included in our NPOA-Pak Mailings, inserts must arrive no later than the date indicated. Inserts should be mailed to: National Print Owners Association, 2110 Dairy Road, W. Melbourne, FL 32904.

Size Limitations: Ideally, all inserts should have a finished size of 8.5 x 11”. We cannot accept inserts smaller than 5.5 x 8.5”. 4-Page inserts such as an 11 x 17” size, folded to 8.5 x 11” are acceptable, but subject to a modest upcharge.

Participation & Mailing Rates: Our charges to associate members are based upon the size of our distribution list. Our first mailing went out to 409 recipients. Price for participation is $185 for a single sheet insert, and $225 for an 11 x 17" insert. This price includes inserting, addressing, postage, and mailing to all NPOA members. Associate members are responsible for ensuring that mailing pieces arrive on or before the "material need date" as specified above.
